Customer Service System (CSS)
Complete pipeline visibility for all KWE customers on a global basis via our home page on the Internet

KWE's Customer Service System (CSS) has the tools needed to view, manage, and exchange critical shipment data, with any partner involved in the logistics process. Fueled by our internal operating systems - the Unified Freight System (UFS), Unified Warehouse System (UWS) and Unified Accounting System (UAS), CSS provides up-to-date, accurate shipment information via an easy-to-use online data portal. Customers can track shipments by simply entering the airway bill number; greater shipment detail can be obtained by logging into CSS with a user name and password.

  1. On-line shipment tracking and tracing using KWE, Partner, or Vendor defined references
  2. On-line, downloadable, reporting of shipment activity, cycle time, carrier performance, shipment exceptions, data accuracy, by shipper, consignee, country, and lane
  3. Delivery of large volume report data to user entered e-mail address
  4. On-Line visibility to Inventory levels and movement across multiple warehouse locations
  5. Automatic view of all in-transit shipments under the user's control, including any exceptions occurring during transit
  6. Profile driven access, allowing customizable views of shipment information
